List Of Ways Jesus "Walked In The Way Of Love" (Eph. 5:1-2)

  1. He healed sick people — Matthew 14:14, “When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick.”

  2. He raised the dead — John 11:35, 38, “Jesus wept…once more deeply moved, he came to the tomb.”

  3. He fed people out of love — Matthew 15:32, “Jesus called his disciples to him and said, ‘I have compassion on these people; they have already been with me three days and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away hungry, or they may collapse on the way.”

  4. He taught and preached out of love — Matthew 9:36, “When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.”

  5. He prayed for people — John 17:20-21, “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you.”

  6. He loved us enough to die — John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him will not perish.”

  7. He loved people — Mark 10:21, “Jesus looked at him and loved him. ‘One thing you lack,’ he said, ‘Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.’” Luke 7:13 (widow’s son), “When the Lord saw her, his heart went out to her and he said, ‘Don’t cry.’”
